RENT OUT YOUR HOUSE?

Brick Brokers is the rental agency of ‘t Gooi and its surroundings. Owners and investors use our services to rent out their house(s) and/or commercial property/ies to (screened) candidates. 

Rent out your home or commercial property? Below you will find our work method.

Inspection:

  • We will gladly make an appointment to visit you and the object to be rented.
  • We will thoroughly advise you on rentability, rental price, any adjustments of the object, risks, the ins and outs of the (regional) rental market, based on over 18 years of experience. 
  • We will write an inspection report, carefully recording all relevant data.
  • We will conclude an ‘agreement of service’ with you in which we lay down all agreements with you in writing.

Publication:

  • We will make a professional presentation of the house or commercial property to be rented, including a semi-professional photo reportage.
  • Regarding the marketing of your house you can choose one of our attractive publication packages. We will present your house or commercial property on many (international) websites including Pararius and Funda.

Rental activities:

  • We will match your house with house-hunters from our own database and will process the reactions of interested prospective tenants. 
  • For the rent of your commercial property we use Funda in Business and our own search base, among others.
  • We will look for a suitable (expat)tenant of solid quality.
  • We will take care of the viewings of your house or commercial property.
  • As soon as a prospective tenant shows a serious interest, we will negotiate on your behalf.
  • We will screen the prospective tenant extensively on creditworthiness, rental past and authenticity of the details supplied, including (international) ID.

Settlement:

  • Once an agreement has been reached, we will take care of contractual settlement.
  • We use a high-quality, customised rental contract with the accompanying conditions.
  • Upon delivery of the house or commercial property we draw up an inspection report and make an extensive digital photo reportage. The state of your object is thus recorded in detail. This is important for the final inspection at the end of the rental period.

Real estate management:

  • During the rental agreement you are the manager yourself. You yourself will take care of collection of rent, technical management, rent increases and calamities. You have direct contact with the tenant about this.
  • If you want tot outsource management, you can use the services of our partner, Gooi en Beheer.

Rates:

  • The commission we charge is based on No Cure No Pay. In the case of successful rental mediation we will explain it to you personally.
